James Featherby was a partner in one of London’s leading law firms for over 20 years, is a past chairman of the City Prayer Breakfast and is now a fellow of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity and chair of the Church of England Ethical Investment Advisory Group.

Luca has a passion for the role business can play in transforming society. He is a non-executive director of ClearlySo (helping social entrepreneurs raise capital), on the board of Angello (catalysing social investment in some of Eastern Europe’s poorest countries – Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and the Balkans), and he is an executive team member of the Leaders Integrity Foundation (Switzerland).

Earlier in her career she had HR roles in a central bank and in the legal profession, with her first role on leaving university, where she studied Textile Design, being in retail.
